DOUBLE WRAP BASKET HITCH Configuration that uses two slings to make a complete wrap around the load before attaching to hoisting device

TRUNNION Cylindrical protrusion used for hoisting
WHIPPING Securing the ends of fiber rope to prevent them from untwisting
TATTLE TAILS Components installed in the body of a sling that serve as overload indicators will retract and disappear if sling is overloaded
