nameplate | banner on from of document that says title of company |
main header | title of article set in larger font |
subjeadings | subtitles set in smaller font than title but bigger than body |
byline | gives credit to author or contributor of photo or author |
kicker | words positioned above a deadline used as a teaser |
deck | placed between a headline and article to provide segue between headline and body |
body | bulk of publication with paragraphs |
jumpline | tells reader which page to refer to for continuation of article |
running header or footer | text at bottom of document sharing info, page number, contact info, etc |
infographic | graphical representation of data or info intended to present complex information quickly and clearly |
