Caption A phrase added to text or an image
Crop To trim the horizontal or vertical edges to remove unwanted areas
Drawing canvas Command where you can draw on the document

Floating object Word positions the image precisely on the page
Inline object Moves along with text that surrounds it
Linked object Creates a connection between the document and the external picture file
