what's the definition of digital footprint? all of the information online about a person either posted by that person or others, intentionally or unintentionally
what's the definition of imagery? drawings or illustrations, often symbolic
what's the definition of invisible audience? anyone who can see information about you or posted by you online
what's the definition of persistent? lasting a long time, if not forever, such as information that one posts online that does not go away because it is passed on and spread
what's the definition of trustworthy? accurate and dependable
what's the definition of publish? to present a finished piece of work to the public
what's the definition of evaluate? to carefully examine something to figure out its value
what's the definition of criteria? standards on which you base a judgement
what's the definition of generalization? an assumption made about a whole group based upon your experience with a few
what's the definition of stereotype? a widespread belief about a group of people -often negative-that influences how members of that group are perceived and treated
what's the definition of harassing? bombarding someone with massages over digital media, or repeated contact when it is least expected

what's the definition of public domain? creative work that's not copyrighted and therefore free for you to use however you want
what's the definition of remix or mash-up? editing together clips of video, sound, images, and text by "remixing" or "mashing" different parts together to create something new
what's the definition of parody? a creative work that is funny imitation of something and pokes dun at an original work
