Appreciation | recognition and enjoyment of the good qualities of someone or something |
Asset | a useful or valuable thing, person, or quality. |
Asset Allocation | the rigorous implementation of an investment strategy that attempts to balance risk versus reward by adjusting the percentage of each asset in an investment portfolio according to the investor's risk tolerance, goals and investment time frame |
Bond | an agreement with legal force. |
Capital | wealth in the form of money or other assets owned by a person or organization or available or contributed for a particular purpose such as starting a company or investing. |
Certifications | the action or process of providing someone or something with an official document attesting to a status or level of achievement |
Coupon | a voucher entitling the holder to a discount for a particular product |
Coupon Rate | A coupon rate is the yield paid by a fixed-income security; a fixed-income security's coupon rate is simply just the annual coupon payments paid by the issuer relative to the bond's face or par value. |
Depreciation | a reduction in the value of an asset with the passage of time, due in particular to wear and tear. |
