Certifications the action or process of providing someone or something with an official document attesting to a status or level of achievement
Coupon a voucher entitling the holder to a discount for a particular product
Coupon Rate A coupon rate is the yield paid by a fixed-income security; a fixed-income security's coupon rate is simply just the annual coupon payments paid by the issuer relative to the bond's face or par value.
Depreciation a reduction in the value of an asset with the passage of time, due in particular to wear and tear.
