Resilient | Characteristic: Entrepreneurs can deal with setbacks. |
Hard-working | Characteristic: Entrepreneurs do what is needed to complete a task. |
Decisive | Characteristic: Entrepreneurs know when to stop, think and make a decision then commit to the decision |
Goal-setting | Skill: Involves planning and target setting. |
People management | Skill: Requires good communication and interpersonal skills . To get the best of people |
Delegation | Skill: Prioritises work and allows other to take some of the responsibility for it's completion. |
Inner control | Skill: Helps entrepreneur to take charge of their own destiny and believe in their ideas |
Self-management | Skill: Helps prioritise the entrepreneurs own time effectively and manage stress and recognise their weaknesses |
