Backstage View Backstage View is the Area Where Files And data about them is managed
Block style Block Style Refers to style of overall paragraph formatting in a type written letter
Command And Authoritative Order
Dialog box A small area onscreen where the user is prompted to provide information
Groups Groups are Multiple objects classed as a single unit
I-Beam The indicator of where your mouse is currently located onscreen
Insertion Point The point where the next typed characters will appear
Menu a list of options or commands especially one displayed on screen
Mixed Punctuation You add a Colon to the end of a salutation in your documents
Non printing characters characters for content designing in word processors which are not displayed at printing
Open Punctuation identifies the topic of the letter a punctuation style that does not include a colon after the salutation and coma
Preview previewing refers to formatting a document for the printer but then displaying it on the display screen instead of printing it
Print Print is to Transfer the document from the computer onto a sheet(s) of paper
Quick Access Toolbar a customizable toolbar that contains a set of commands that are independent from the tab on the ribbon that is currently displayed
Repeat repeat in computing means to do something over and over again
Ribbon a set of toolbars at the top of the window in office programs designed to help you quickly find commands
Save allows the user to make a copy of the file in a different folder or make a copy with a different name
Save as a command in the file menu of most applications that causes a copy of the current document or image to be created
Settings a software control panel that enables the user to configure the appearance or actions of the program
Tabs a paragraph-formatting used to align text when you press the tab key
Template a template is a file that serves as a starting point for a new document
Undo a function preformed to reverse the action of an earlier action
White Space a section of the document that is unused or space around an object white space helps to separate paragraphs of text
Word Wrap a feature that automatically moves a word that is to long to the beginning of the next line
