Need ( Target audience) | Needs are the basic drivers of change in an organization that are identified as requirements and implemented by hiring people, implementing projects, transforming operations and purchasing goods |

Passive Agressive Communication Style | is a style in which individuals appear passive on the surface but are really acting out anger in a subtle, indirect, or behind-the-scenes way. |
Passive Communication Style | is a style in which individuals have developed a pattern of avoiding expressing their opinions or feelings, protecting their rights, and identifying and meeting their needs. |
Process Evaluation | Evaluation is a process that critically examines a program. It involves collecting and analyzing information about a program's activities, characteristics, and outcomes. Its purpose is to make judgments about a program. |
