Abbreviation | A shortened form of a word or phrase. |
Active | engaging or ready to engage in physically energetic pursuits. |
Aggressive Communication Style | a style in which individuals express their feelings and opinions and advocate for their needs in a way that violates the rights of others. Thus, aggressive communicators are verbally and/or physically abusive. |
Analyzers | is a person or device that analyses given data. |
Analyzers Non-Verbal Behaviors | Cautious, logical thinkers, soft spoken, monotone voice, limited eye contact, limited facial expressions |
Assertive Communication Style | features an open communication link while not being overbearing. Assertive communicators can express their own needs, desires, ideas and feelings, while also considering the needs of others. |
Brainstorming | group discussion to produce ideas or solve problems. |
Collaborators | Easy going people and are easy to convince |
Collaborators Non-Verbal Behaviors | Appear relaxed, ask a lot of questions, have a win-win attitude, hesitant to make decisions and highly emotional with an expressive tone. |

Formative Evaluation | is a method for judging the worth of a program while the program activities are forming |
Impact Evaluation | is an assessment of how the intervention being evaluated affects. |
Involved | (of a situation or event) include (something) as a necessary part or result. |
Need (Target Audience) | Your company's target market are the customers most likely to purchase your products. Target markets are usually defined through various demographics, usage patterns, benefits desired or geographic segments. |

Objective | (of a person or their judgment) not influenced by personal feelings or opinions in considering and representing facts. |
Passive | accepting or allowing what happens or what others do, without active response or resistance. |

Passive Communication Style | is a style in which individuals have developed a pattern of avoiding expressing their opinions or feelings, protecting their rights, and identifying and meeting their needs. |
Process Evaluation | focuses on the implementation process and attempts to determine how successfully the project followed the strategy laid out in the logic model. |
Professional | engaged in a specified activity as one's main paid occupation rather than as a pastime. |

Research (Target Audience) | A target market is the specific group of people you want to reach with your marketing message. They are the people who are most likely to buy your products or services, and they are united by some common characteristics, like demographics and behaviors. |
Socializers | Outgoing people who thrive on change |
Socializers Non-Verbal Behaviors | Outspoken, quick to make a decision, assertive, fast talker, express how they're feeling through gestures, facial expressions and tone. |
Specificity (Target Audience) | Allows you to talk to more than one group |
Strategy (Target Audience) | Helps connect to your target audience |
Sympathize | agree with a sentiment or opinion. |
Target Audience | A particular group at which a film, book, advertising campaign, etc., is aimed. |
Verbal | Sounds, languages, and a tone of voice |
