Active | Engaging or ready to engage in physically energetic pursuits |
Aggressive Communication Style | a style in which individuals express their feelings and opinions and advocate for their needs in a way that violates the rights of others. |
Analyzers' Non-Verbal Behaviors | Cautious, logical thinkers, soft-spoken, monotone voice, limited eye contact and facial expressions. |
Assertive Communication Style | features an open communication link while not being overbearing. Assertive communicators can express their own needs, desires, ideas and feelings, while also considering the needs of others. |
Brainstorming | a spontaneous group discussion to produce ideas and ways of solving problems |
Collaborators | A person who works jointly on an activity or project, associate |
Collaborators Non-verbal Behaviors | Appear relaxed, ask a lot of questions, have a win-win attitude, hesitant to make decisions and highly emotional with an expressive tone. |
Constructive Criticism | is the process of offering valid and well-reasoned opinions about the work of others, usually involving both positive and negative comments, in a friendly manner rather than an oppositional one. |

Passive Aggressive Communication Style | People who develop a pattern of passive-aggressive communication usually feel powerless, stuck, and resentful – in other words, they feel incapable of dealing directly with the object of their resentments. |
Passive Communication Style | is a style in which individuals have developed a pattern of avoiding expressing their opinions or feelings, protecting their rights, and identifying and meeting their needs. |
Process Evaluation | focuses on the implementation process and attempts to determine how successfully the project followed the strategy laid out in the logic model |
Professional | worthy of or appropriate to a professional person; competent ,skillful, or assured. |
Reflection | an idea about something, especially one that is written down or expressed. |

Socializers' Non-verbal Behaviors | Outspoken, quick to make a decision, assertive, fast talker, express how they're feeling through gestures, facial expressions and tone. |
Specificity | the quality of belonging or relating uniquely to a particular subject. |
Strategy | a plan of action or policy designed to achieve a major or overall aim. |
Sympathize | agree with a sentiment or opinion. |
Target Audience | the intended audience or readership of a publication, advertisement, or other message. |
Verbal | relating to or in the form of words. |
