positive integer | A number that is greater than zero it can be written with or without a + sign |
quadrants | the 4 regions in a coordinate plane separated the x-axis and y-axis |
negative integer | A number that is less than zero. it is written with a - sign |
integer | Any number from the set where means continue without end |
opposites | 2 integer are opposite if they are represented on the number line by points that are the same distance from zero,but on opposite sides |
absolute value | the distance between the number and zero on a number line |
