Autocorrect | Is a feature that replaces symbols, commonly misspelled words, and abbreviations with specific text strings. |
Clipboard | Stores the items for you to paste in another location of the document or another office file. |
Copy | Make a duplicate document that is exactly the same. |
Cut | Removes the document from the original location of the document or another office file. |
Document properties | Identify the creator of the document, the date the document was created, its subject and category, and keywords that can be used too search for the document. |
Go To | Provides a way to navigate through longer documents quickly. |
Navigation Pane | Appears on the left side of the outlook window and is how you switch between the different areas of the outlook. |
Object Zoom | Enables you to zoom in on objects such as tables, charts, or images. |
Paste | Pastes text from the clipboard to a new location in either the original document or a new document. |
Reade Mode | Changes the layout of he document with a larger font for easier reading. |
Replace | Get rid of original text or document and put in a new one. |
Thumbnails | A very small or concise description, representation, or summery. |
Wildcard | Find and replace command to search for and replace formatting . |
