Alignment determines text positioning, or which side of the document texts starts on. can be left, center, and right aligned.
First-line Indent indented space between left margin and first line of text
Hanging indent first line of paragraph not indented(on left margin), other lines indented from left margin
Leaders objects that fill the space created by indentation
Linespacing amount of space between lines of text in a paragraph
Negative indent extends text into the left margin
Indent Blank space inserted between either margin and text
