How many branches exist of the United States Government. Flashcards created by Donna Rumph There are 3 branches of the United States Government, The branches are Legislative, Executive, and Judicial.
What is the responsibiiity of the Legislative branch? The Legislative branch makes the laws. This branch consist of the President, Senate and the House of Representatives.
What is the responsibility of the Executive branch? The Executive branch carries out the laws. The Executive branch consist of the Vice President and the Cabinet.
What is the responsibility of the Judicial branch? The Senate interprets the laws. This branch consist of the Supreme Court and other Federal Courts.
How many Justices are on the Supreme Court? There are 9 Justices on the Supreme Court.
