What does Mission Statement mean? | Mission Statement is a brief statement outlining the nature of the organisation, helps each member of staff to stay focused on the main aims. Example: Mercy College Mission Statement found in the journal. |
What does Strategic Plan mean? | Strategic Plan is a long term plan for a business, covers 5 year period or more. |
What does Tactical Plan? | Tactical Plan is a short term plan used by business to help them achieve the long term plan. Example: set up a sales office in UK. |
What does Operational Plan mean? | Operational Plan is a short term plan set up to achieve a certain purpose. Example: recruit new staff |
What is HRM? | HRM stands for Human Resource Management, an organisation attracts, develops and rewards its workforce. Contributes as well as possible to the achievement of the organisation goal. |
