What is the formula for a change in concentration of solutions? | V1 x C1= V2 x C2 |
What is the formula for constant rate infusions, and what are the variables? | M=(DxWxV)/(Rx16.67); R=(DxWxV)/(Mx16.67) M= #mg to add to fluid; D=dosage in mcg/kg/min; W=body wt in kg; V=volume in mL of delivery fluid; R=rate of delivery in mL/hr; 16.67= conversion factor. |
