What is the problem with exchanging currency? Banks charge a fee.
What is investing in human capital? education
If a country does not invest in human capital what will it face? workers will not be educated, skilled or healthy.
What is human capital? investment in the workers of a business or country
What is physical capital? building a new factory
The Soviet Union did not invest in capital improvements, so Russian workers today are not as productive.
What is a natural resource? Forests
What are some of Russia's natural resources? oil and natural gas
Why is it good that a country does not have to import natural resources? buying from other countries cost more money.
What is an example of an entrepreneur? a person who uses her own money to start a business selling cell phones.
