Taste Blind | The inability to distinguish between flavors of some foods |
Taste Buds | Sensory organs located on the tongue |
Olfactory | Identifies the organs related to the sense of smell |
Volatile | Easily changed into vapor |
Mouth feel | How a food feels in the mouth |
Sensory Evaluation Panel | Groups of people who evaluate the sensory characteristics of food samples |
