What happens to the sensory homunculus when using K-tape? | Increased areas of the sensory cortex are stimulated |
How does K-tape help in chronic pain? | -Smudging of the cortical representation of the painful part of the body in the homunculus -Within increased tactile acuity (K-tape awareness) the pain can be reduced |
