Bias An unfair preference for or dislike of something
Empathy The ability to identify with and understand somebody else's feelings or difficulties
Human relations The study of the ways in which people relate to each other in group situations
Learning Styles The manner in which one gains knowledge or skill through education
Etiquette Having good manners when dealing with people
Interpersonal skills Skills that promote relationships with other people
Tact The ability to say and do things in a way that will not offend another person
Punctual Being on time
Team A group of people who work together to set goals, make decisions, solve problems, and put ideas into actions
Abilities Natural or acquired skill or talent
Auditory Relating to the sense of hearing
Change To make or become different; to replace with another
Dexterity Proficiency in using the body or hands

Internship a type of work experience for entry-level job-seekers
Proofread to read the text and mark corrections to be made
Comprehension the action or capability of understanding something
Active listening the practice of paying close attention to a speaker and asking questions to ensure full comprehension
AP courses advanced placement, college courses taken in high school
Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery is a test developed and maintained by the United States Department of Defense.
Correlation a mutual relationship or connection between two or more things
IB courses International baccalaureate, offering internationally recognized courses
Adaptation the process or state of changing to fit a new environment or different conditions, or the resulting change
Associate's Degree 2 year college degree from a community college, university, college, or technical school. The recipient of an Associate's Degree can then transfer the credits toward a 4 year Bachelor’s Degree.
