What is the difference between a Federal and a Confederal style of government? In a federation, power is divided between central and state governments, whereas in a confederation, power is concentrated in the states.
What is the difference between a Constitutional Monarch and an Absolute Monarch? In an absolute monarchy, the monarch holds the supreme or absolute powers, whereas in the constitutional monarchy, the head of state is a hereditary or elected monarch.
