Seneca Falls Convention a meeting among women's right leaders held in Seneca Falls, New York that created the Declaration of Sentiments, which was a statement of the mistreatment of women

Sojourner Truth a former slave who spoke out against slavery and was for women's rights, this woman was a traveling preacher and was known for her famous speech "Ain't I A Woman"

Underground Railroad a series of safe homes from the South to the North where free people tried to help slaves escape to freedom, their leaders were called conductors

Activist a person who fights for a cause
Susan B. Anthony Worked to end slavery and fought for women's rights. Helped start the National Women's Suffrage Associated. Her work led to the passing of the 19th amendment, giving women the right to vote.
