Why does Shelley end the poem with a description of the desert? It shows that Ozymandias was NOT powerful compared to nature as his statue lies in a 'colossal wreck'.
What is the form of the poem Ozymandias? A sonnet, but he breaks the traditional rhyming rules.
What is the poem Ozymandias describing? The statue of an ancient Eygptian King. It boasts about power in the inscription, but now lies in ruins.
How many voices are in the poem? 3 - The speaker, the traveller and Ozymandias
Ozymandias is written in iambic pentameter, what is it? Line of verse written in five pairs of syllables each made up by an unstressed syllable followed by a stressed syllable.
