Puffery | An unsubstantiated exaggeration or overstatement typically used for self-gain; most frequently used in advertisements, sales presentations, and financial forecasts |
Trademark Infringement | The reproduction, counterfeiting, copying, or imitation, in commerce, of a registered mark |
