What are some examples of enumerated powers? | - Coin money - Declare war - Create treaties - Handle commerce among state and nations |
How can Congress override a presidential veto? | 2/3 of both houses in Congress vote in agreement to override the veto |
What is the President pro temper position? | Take on the V.P. role in the senate if he/she is not present |
Who can declare war? | Congress |
How is someone found guilty in an impeachment process? | The Senate must make a 2/3 vote in agreement |
What are implied powers? | Also known as the "necessary and proper clause". If Congress needs to extend their powers for necessary needs/reasons, they can. |
