LAW OF PERSONS Is the private part of the law which determines which beings are legal subjects, when legal personality begins and end, the effects various factors have on a persons legal status, status involved.
LAW AND RIGHTS- WHICH ARE THE TWO ANGLES IN WHICH THE LAW IS BEING VIEWED? The Law is vied in two angles namely, the Subjective sense and the Objective sense.
EXPLAIN IN DEPTH ABOUT THE LEGAL VIEWS The Objective sense (posited by competent bodies) regulates relations between members of the community in a just and peaceful manner. The Subjective sense focuses on the legal relationships between/ amongst legal subjects.
EXPLAIN FURTHERMORE ON THE SUBJECT-SUBJECT RELATIONSHIP There is the SUBJECT- SUBJECT relationship which is a legal relationship between the bearer of rights and other legal subjects. This relationship gives rise to rights and a corresponding obligation in the sense that the bearer of the right is entitled to
THE SUBJECT- OBJECT RELATIONSHIP (rights concern a dual relationship) This is the relationship between bearer of rights and the object. this right operates against all other legal subjects.
RELATIOSHIPS BETWEEN LAW AND RIGHTS Is that the norms determine the content and limit of every right. e.g. the owner of the motor vehicle may drive the motor vehicle, but cannot do so in a way that causes harm to others.
