Who elects the senators from each state? Its people
Who is the leader of the Senate? Vice President
Who is allowed to vote if there is a tie in the Senate? Vice President
Each house has a majority floor leader and a minority floor leader
What are the four main steps each bill goes through? Introduction, referral to a committee, floor consideration, presidential action
