Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) | Hierarchical decomposition of the project scope into manageable, smaller components. It is used to identify all the tasks required to complete the project and to define the relationships between them. |
Project Scope | Defines the boundaries of the project and identifies what is included and excluded from the project. It outlines the project deliverables, objectives, and requirements. |
Project Objective | The project objectives are the measurable results that the project is expected to achieve within a specific timeframe. |
Project Schedule | a timeline of the project tasks and milestones, including start and end dates, dependencies, and resource allocation. |
