Nucleus the nucleus is the 'information centre' of the eukaryotic cell. it is located in the centre of the cell and contains DNA, which is also replicated there and copied into RNA through transcription.
ribosomes ribosomes are made of RNA and protein. These make new proteins through a process called translation. these can be found 'floating' around the cytoplasm or attached to the endoplasmic reticulum near the nucleus.
golgi apparatus modifies and packages and directs new proteins to where they are needed
mitochondria the mitochondria produce energy and stores excess calcium for a later use
