"raven steals the light" a raven desires light trapped in boxes of boxes to himself because he can't hunt in the dark; he morphs into a boy; gets the light using toddler magic and accidentally drops it being chased by an eagle, therefore creating the sun, moon, and stars
"hunting song" expressing what a man wants--a manifestation--repeated desire
"song of the sky loom" speaker is desiring mother earth and father sky to give them something in return for their offerings, love, and appreciation
"the world on the turtle's back" chief's wife falls from skyland into the waters of the water animals; many try and bring up land for her to stand, and muskrat succeeds; places paw on turtles back, springing earth to life
wish fulfillment trying to manifest/receive by repeating what they want
