IL gets how many votes in HOR? 17, but for electoral college we get 19 because of 2 senators

what does the Senate do for impeachment? they try it, as in they have a trial for it
What can the HOR do to a president? accuse them of impeachment, power to
How many votes for a president to be removed off of impeachment 2/3 votes of senators
What is Jan 3rd noon? The day new members take office
Passing bills how does it work? either house can start a bill but they both houses have to pass it by majority vote
What can the president do regarding passing bills? Has 10 days to act. Sign it, veto it, does nothing after 10 days it becomes a law, pocket veto, override a veto
