How can Congress override a veto by the President? By passing the act by a two-thirds vote in both the House and the Senate
Who is the commander-in-chief and leads armed forces? The President
How long can a president serve a term for? 4-year term
How often can a president serve a term? Twice
Who can veto the bills sent by Congress The President
How does the President influence the juridical branch? By appointing federal judges
Who needs to approve a federal judge? The President and majority of the Senate
Who can strike down a law if deemed unconstitutional? The Supreme Court
Who can override a presidential veto Congress
Who can declare executive action against the President? The Supreme Court
How many votes does an amendment need in order to pass? 2-3 of the House and Senate, and 3/4 of the States
Who is the one to propose amendments? Congress
Why is an Amendment hard to pass? Because it needs 2-3 vote of the House and Senate, which is hard. This is to protect the Constitution
