positive | A number greater than zero |
zero pair | A positive and negative number whose sum is zero |
additive inverse | the number which when added to another number equals zero |
even integer | An integer that is a multiple of 2 {…-4, -2, 0, 2, 4, 6…} |
odd integer | Any integer that, when divided by 2, does not have an integer as the quotient |
order of operations | the rules followed when evaluating expressions with more than one operation |
