Do EENT exam in OPD Do ear, eye, nose, throat exam in clinic
Ob-Gyn Obsterticts- Gynecology
500 mg qod 8 am 500 mg every other day at 8 in the morning
VS stat and q2h Vital signs immediately every 2 hours
To PT by w/c for ROMs and ADL bid To physical therapy by wheel chair for range of motion and activities of daily living
FF1 cl liq to 240 mL q2h Force fluids, clear liquids to 240 mL every 2 hours
2 gtts OU aid q6h 2 glucose tolerance tests in each eye four times a day every six hours
DX: COPD, O2 prn, IPPB bid q12h Diagnosis: Chronoic Obstructive Pulmonary disease, oxygen as needed every 12 hours
Sig: Cap po tid -c food or milk Give the following directions, capsule by mouth three times a day with food or milk
DX: CVA, CT of brain stat Diagnosis: Cerebral vascular accident (stroke) computerized tomography of brain immediately
Rx: 20 mL KCL IV Perscription 20 milliter of potassium chloride, intravenous
EMT is certified for ACLS Emergency medical technician is certified for advanced cardiac life support
Crani/ otomy Crani- pertaining to the skull Otomy- cutting into. Brain surgery
Dys/ uria Dys- difficult, painful, bad uria- urine. Painful urination
Hyster/ectomy Hyster- uterus ectomy- removal. Removal if the uterus
Hemo/ toxic Hemo- blood toxic- poison. Poisoned blood
To PT by w/ c for ROMs and ADL bid Physical therapy by wheel chair for range of motion and activities of daiy living twice a day.
DX: COPD, O2 prn, IPPB bid q12h Diagnosis: chronic obstuctive pulmonary disease, oxygen whenever necessary twice a day every 12 hours
