50 mg IM prn for N/V (nausea/vomiting) 50 milligrams intramuscularly as needed for nausea or vomiting
2 tsp prn for temp ^101 degrees F: 2 teaspoons as needed for fever greater than 101 degrees Fahrenheit
8 mEq bid: 8 milliequivalents 2 times a day
20 U sc before breakfast and @ 4 p.m.: 20 units subcutaneously before breakfast and at 4 o'clock p.m.
15 cc qid: 15 cubic centimeters 4 times a day
5 mg x 4 doses then 3 mg bid x 4 doses then 2 mg bid x 5 then 1 mg bid: 5 milligrams 2 times a day times 4 doses, then 3 milligrams 2 times a day for 4 doses, then 2 milligrams 2 times a day for 4 doses, then 1 milligram 2 times a day
1 mg daily x 2d and then dc: 1 milligram per day times 2 days then discontinue
80 mg stat: 80 milligrams immediately
4 mg/Kg: 4 milligrams per kilogram
2L then DC: 2 liters intravenously then discontinue
1 tab pc prn: 1 tablet after meals when required
1/150 gr for chest pain SL; may repeat q5min x 3 one/one-fiftieth of a grain ... under the tongue; may repeat every 5 minutes 3 times
