Zocor, simvistatin a cholesterol lowering medication that blocks the production of cholesterol (a type of fat) in the body. reduces low-density lipoprotein(LDL) cholesterol & total cholesterol in the blood
Levoxyl/Levothyroid/Synthroid/Unithroid, levothyronxine thyroid hormone replacement treats hypothyroidism (low thyroid hormone). also treats or prevents goiter (enlarged thyroid gland) which can be caused by hormone imbalances.
Amoxil/Trimox, amoxicillin used to treat many different types of infections caused by bacteria:ear infections, bladder infections, pnemonia, gonorrhea, E. coli or salmonella infection.
Zithromax/Z-Pak/Zmax, azithromycin used to treat many different types of infections caused by bacteria: respiratory infections, skin infections, ear infections, and STD's.
Liptitor, atorvastatin reduces low-density lipoprotein (LDL) cholesterol and triglycerides in certain patients. it also increases high-density lipoprotein (HDL-"good") cholesterol levels.
HydroDIURIL/Microzide/Avazide, hydrochlorothiazide treats fluid retention (edema) in people with CHF, cirrhosis of the liver, or kidney disorders, or edema caused by taking steroids or estrogen. it is also used to treat hypertension (high BP).
Xanax, alprazolam used to treat anxiety disoredrs, panic disorders, and anxiety caused by depression.
Tenormin, atenolol used to treat angina (chest pain) and hypertension (high BP). also treats or prevents heart attack.
Vicodin/Lorcet/Lortab/Norco/Anexsia/Zydone, hydrocodone/APAP combo of narcotic & non-narcotic analgesic. relief of moderate to moderately severe pain.
Orinivil/Zestril, lisinopril used to treat hypertension (high BP) CHF, and to improve patients survival after heart attack.
