Commutative CO - change order a+b = b+a c*d=d*c
Associative AS- Always Same... but the cheeks move (a+b)+c= a+(b+c) (C*D)*E=C*(D*E)
Identity ID - no one can change you. a+0=a c*1=c
Inverse Opposite - a + (-a) = 0 b/1 1/b= 1
Distributive Distribut a number through a parenthesis. a(b+c)= ab + ac
