Associative AS- Always the same...but the cheeks move (a+b)+c = a+(b+c) (c*d)*e = c*(d*e)
Idintity ID - no one can change you a+0=a c*1=c
Inverse opposite - a+(-a)=0 c/1 * 1/c = 1
Disteibutive Distribute a number through a parenthesis a(b+c) = ab + ac d(e-f) = de -df
