The function of the different banks

What is the main central bank's job? Its job is to supervise the banking system in the domestic economy.
What are the main activities of commercial banks? 1.Keeping money safe -2. Lending (loans,overdraft,credit card,debit card,mortgages)-3. means of making payment(cheques and banker's drafts) -4. provide foreign cuurency
Who are the customers for commercial banks? Businesses and households.
What does the central bank act? The central bank is the government's bank and banker's bank
