Qual o objeto da ADPF? Evitar evitar/reparar lesão a preceito fundamental, resultante de ato do poder público. Controvérsia constitucional com fundamento relevante, sobre lei ou ato normativo federal, estadual ou municipal, incluídos os anteriores à CF!
Quem são os legitimados para a ADPF? Os mesmos da ADI. PR, MESA do SF, MESA da Câmara; MESA de Assembléia Legistiva; Governador; PGR; CFOAB; Partido Político com representação no CN; Conf. Sindical ou entidade de classe de âmbito nacional.
Quais são os requisitos da petição inicial da ADPF? indicação do preceito fundamental violado e do ato questionado; prova da violação; pedido.
E se faltar um dos requisitos da inicial da ADPF? Inicial será indeferida.
E se houver outro meio para sanar a lesão? A inicial não será admitida.
Qual o recurso cabível da decisão de indeferimento da ADPF? Agravo
Qual o prazo do agravo contra indeferimento da inicial na ADPF? 5 dias
Pode o relator conceder liminar na ADPF? Em regra, não. Somente em caso de extrema urgência ou perigo de lesão grave, ou, recesso. A decisão está sujeita a referendo do Pleno.
Qual o quórum para o pleno deliberar sobre a liminar na ADPF? Maioria absoluta
Em que pode consistir a liminar na ADPF? Suspensão de processos ou efeitos de decisões. Qualquer outra medida pertinente.

Como podem os efeitos serem modulados na ADPF??? O STF pode restringir os efeitos ou decidir que a decisão só tenha eficácia a partir do trânsito em julgado.
