What statement must be written on emergency C-II authorized rx's? "authorization for emergency dispensing" must be written on the face of the rx
When is a faxed C-II acceptable? for hospice, LTCF, or other patients receiving home infusion therapy
What is the statute of limitations? page 65-statute of limitations is 7 years; excluding certain times the party is incarcerated or out of state
