Concave Polygon 1 or more angle(s) point inward (caves in).
Polygons A closed figure made of line segments that do not overlap.
Point Location in space.
Line Points connected in a straight path that goes on forever in both directions.
Congruent Same or equal measure.
Regular Polygon Has all congruent sides and angles.
Convex Polygon All angles point outward.
Line Segment Part of a line with two endpoints.
Acute Angle Less than 90 degrees.
Octagon Eight sided polygon.
Triangle Three sided polygon.
Parallel Lines Lines that never intersect.
Quadrangle Four sided polygon.
Vertex The shared endpoint in an angle.
Undecagon Eleven sided polygon.
Right Angle 90 degrees.
Heptagon Seven sided polygon.
Decagon Ten sided polygon.
Perpendicular Lines Lines that intersect to form a right angle.
Obtuse angle Between 90 and 180 degrees.
Hexagon Six sided polygon.
Intersecting lines Lines that cross.
Dodecagon Twelve sided polygon.

Acute Triangle All three angles are less than 90 degrees.

Scalene Triangle No congruent sides.
Isosceles Triangle At least two congruent sides.
Equilateral Triangle Three congruent sides.
Parallelgram A quadrangle with 2 pairs of parallel sides.
Rectangle A parallelogram with 4 right angles.
Rhombus a parallelogram with 4 congruent sides.
Square A parallelogram with 4 right angles and 4 congruent sides.
Trapezoid A quadrangle with only 1 set of parallel sides.
Kite A quadrangle with no parallel sides 2 sets of congruent sides that are adjacent.
