what is a law? a principle or rule that is advisable or obligatory to observe: such as federal law & state law: is an order, rule or regulation, follow whichever one is more strict.

ethics values and morals used within a profession; each persons morals can affect the ethics of a person in a professional situation: moral code and behavior
criminal law considered harmful to society: homicide, illegal drugs, thieft, etc...
civil law deals with personal injuries, business disputes, land deals, medical malpractice
midemeanor less serious, punishable by community service, parole, a fine, or imprisonment for 12 months or less.
