Greenhouse Gases   contributes to the greenhouse effect by absorbing infrared radiation, EX: carbon dioxide and chlorofluorocarbons (CFC's)

Ozone Depletion   thinning of Earth's ozone layer caused by CFC's reacting chemically with the ozone, breaking the ozone apart

Acid Precipitation   precipitation with a pH below 5.6 which occurs when air pollutants from burning fossil fuels react with water in the atmosphere.
