| joe went out hunting, on his way there the cops arrested him for having a gun.5 months later in court, the jury was a bunch of anti-gun activists and he was found guilty even though he had no idea wat he did wrong. what is wrong with this scenario? | the 6th and 2nd amendments are violated.he has the right to bare arms (own a gun) and the right to a free trial i.e. a speedy public trial, not stacking the jury against or for him, and knowing what he did wrong.
