what are the two parts of the freedom of religion clause?   establishment clause,free exercise clause,meaning the gov. can't make one religion the offical religion of the country and they can't refuse someone the right to practice any religion they want as long as they don't break any other laws or hurt others.

the police have to have a warrent to search a suspects house or property. why?   because of the 4th amendment,your right to privacy. the right against unreasonable search and seizure of person's and property.

miss jan was accused of moving her fence over and taking some of her neighbors yard, so the police came and took all her land and sentanced her to life in prison and $100,000 bail then a week later the charged her again. why is this unconstitutional?   the 5th ans 8th amendments,your right to your day in cort ie. they can't try a person more then once for 1 crime,can't take your land unless they pay fairly and can't take your life,liberty etc. without good reason.also no cruel and unusual punishment

joe went out hunting, on his way there the cops arrested him for having a gun.5 months later in court, the jury was a bunch of anti-gun activists and he was found guilty even though he had no idea wat he did wrong. what is wrong with this scenario?   the 6th and 2nd amendments are violated.he has the right to bare arms (own a gun) and the right to a free trial i.e. a speedy public trial, not stacking the jury against or for him, and knowing what he did wrong.

what is an example of an exigent circumstance?   the police get a 911 call about and intruder beating up an innocent victim, they bust down the door and search the house for the intruder.
