describe | means to give examples and details about the question- need to avoid using pronouns and use more than one detail at all times |
simplify | in math, means to combine all like terms and do as much as you can |
analyze | look at specific examples or details to figure out what things mean; to infer |
hypothesize | make an educated guess about what may or will happen and why |
identify | do not just label the term, but give an example |
inform | to give information; supply knowledge or give further detail; explain your thoughts and your answer with information |
interpret | to explain something; give an explanation; after reading something or completing an activity, interpret the data you have to make a statement |
delineate | to portray in words; describe or outline with precision |
recognize | to identify as something or someone previously seen, known, etc; to identify from knowledge of appearance or characteristics; be able to pull out of text or information given important parts or details |
