What is Acute Coronary Syndrome (ACS)? | Irreversible myocardial cell death (necrosis); 20 minutes for cellular death to begin. 4-6 hours for entire muscle layer to die. |
What are the Diagnostics for CAD? | Chest x-ray; ECG; Lipid profile. |
What is chronic stable angina? | It is pain or discomfort during periods of myocardial ischemia or infarction. May occur when oxygen demands exceed supply. |
What is a MI? | Actual heart muscle death. |
