what are Body mechanics ? | special ways of standing and moving one's body |
what is draping ? | The Covering of a patient's body with a sheet, blanket, bath sheet or other material during physical examination or prior to surgery. |

what is the Knee-Chest position ? | A bent posture with the knees and chest touching the examining table, sometimes used for examining the rectum or for women who have recently given birth, to allow the uterus to fall forward into its natural position. |

what is the Trendelenburg position ? | position in which the bed or operating table on which a patient is lying is tilted so that the patient's head is about one foot below the level of his or her knees to allow more blood flow to the head and prevent shock; also called SHOCK POSITION |
