How did the United States feel about Great Britain before WWI? The United States had political and economic ties to Great Britain. (we helped each other out and helped each other make money)
What does it mean to remain neutral? Stay out of a fight.
Who were the Allied Powers? British Empire, France, Russia, Serbia, Belgium, and the United States
Who were the Central Powers? German Empire, Austro-Hungarian Empire, Bulgaria, and the Ottoman Empire

What was President Woodrow Wilson's 14th point that the other nations liked? The League of Nations
When did WWI end? Armistice Day which was November 11, 1918
Did the United States join the League of Nations? No, the Senate said we should be isolated from Europe.
What were Theodore Roosevelt's foreign polices? Speak softly and carry a big stick. (Try to use words for peace, but don't be afraid to use force.)
What was the Roosevelt Corollary? Roosevelt added the Corollary onto the Monroe Doctrine so he could get involved with other countries in South America and so the United States could be the World's police.
What was the Roosevelt Corollary added to? The Monroe Doctrine
Who built the Panama Canal? The United States when Theodore Roosevelt was President.
Who was president during the Spanish American War? President McKinley, a civil war hero.
Who was president during WWI? President Woodrow Wilson.
