syphllis chancre, many stages, rash palms and soles of feet, DX dark field microscopic exam of chancre for spirochetes, PCN
BV Bacterial Vaginosis thin watery yellow gray fishy discharge, PID, DX microscopic exam of secretions, Flagyl or Cleocin No alcholol with flagyl Fungal
HPV Dx cytologic smear, warts, biopsy, treat symptoms trichoacentic acid, podioflox, Omoquimad cream, cryotherapy, Pap smears, condoms ,Viral
Herpes 1 above the belt 2 below the belt, severe intial symptoms, vesicles, flu like symptoms, feer, chills, severre dysuria, itching, tingling, heavy watery discharge. Affects nerve ganglia, Acclovair but contraindicated in pregnancy
